Can Accessory To Robbery in the state of California get expunged?

My lawyer told me it could after 3 years good probation, I've paid all my fines, and served 2 years good probation. He told me he could get my probation cut in half if I did good also. This was my very first offense ever and it happend like a week after I turned 18. Let me know thanks!
