Whats wrong with my dog?

I have a chihuahua and today I let him out one last time at night. I thought he was done pooping/peeing but when I got inside 10 minutes later, he pooped on my carpet I was so mad so I yelled at him and chased him around the house, first he hid under the bed then I used this cooing voice and he came out but then ran under the couch, he yelped though. He stayed under the couch for more than 5 minutes, I looked under the couch and just saw him lying there, and asked him to come out but he refused to. I tried to lure him with a treat and he still didnt come out, when I put my hand under the couch and try to touch him he would turn his head away and let out a yelp. Finally I let out my other chihuahua, and fed him the treat then my dog (under the couch) really got tempted and ran out of his hidin. He's acting normal now, but after he got out I brushed his hair and then he let out a yelp, as if he's afraid after a few more strokes he just acted normal again. I know its my fault for yelling at him and chasing him but can someone explain his behavior? What is he feeling and thinking and what about the yelps? I will never do this again because I had to practically beg him to come out.

Worried about my head injury?

At the end of April this year, i was hit by a car when i crossed the road. It wasn't the driver's fault. The car hit me at my legs but luckily my school bag was covering my legs so i didn't hurt them. It flung me and when i hit the ground i hit my forehead and got two puncture wounds. I was taken to A&E and they checked me over a few times and glued up my wounds, the doctor didn't want to do a scan on my head as he seemed to think i was ok and i don't really remember but he was pretty apprehensive, probably because i'm only 17 and there's a lot of radiation in ct scans. So i went home and recovered within about a week, i didn't even really show symptoms, no memory loss or blurriness or confusion etc. It's been in the last few months that i've noticed a big change, i started getting really forgetful and getting blurriness, struggling to concentrate etc and i've still got a bump which i know could just be hard tissue but i don't want to mage it in case it's a swelling or something. I've also been getting headaches recently, just about a couple of times each day. I've also been extremely tired in the last few months and it's been really difficult. I went to the doctor with my mum and the doctor asked me about everything, but i didn't tell her about the tiredness cause my mum said she would probably say it was just down to the tiredness and send me on my way because apparently that's the way doctors work, and she (the doctor) said that it could be a coincidence, like the bump and the symptoms, she didn't seem to think that they were related and she didn't seem too worried about it overall, i think she thinks they're just late symptoms but she contacted the Neurologists at my hospital and i was put on a waiting list. This was about five weeks ago and they expected it to be about six weeks before i could be seen to. I wasn't really too worried about it then, i didn't think much of it and thought it was probably just late symptoms or something really small, but recently i've been getting really worried and anxious. I know that i'll be going to the hospital soon for them to check me and decide if they want to do some kind of scan or whatever, and i'm really really nervous about what could be wrong. Does anyone think it could just be late symptoms? Or is there something wrong? What could be wrong? I really need some reurance. Thanks for your time x

Best friend of ten years fight...? HELP! :(?

Okay so me and my best friend have been friends for ten years we were inseparable, people even thought we were sisters. This year everything has changed, she has made all new friends...no longer are friends but her friends and then there me. I am ecstatic that she has made new friends but I absolutely hate them ( I would never tell her that) I've had her friends over, hang out with them at school, and am always nice and friendly to them, but they're the opposite to me. Any ways like one time I asked my best friend if she would come to breakfast with me and she didn't even , make eye contact and said no. So there I am sitting at the table alone so I go and sit by her friends talking to them...about five minutes later there my best friend is because they all went to breakfast so she was all alone. She has done countless things she doesn't even listen to me any more or make eye contact I sit at the end of the lunch table everyday. I only sit at that table too so I can talk to her and be with her and I get put at the end by all of her boyfriends friends. I have told her about all of my deepest secrets and something that has gone recently on that means a lot to me and she hasn't brought it up or asked me about it or asked if I'm okay or how I'm doing. Any ways last week when I was still sitting at their lunch table at the end I couldn't take it any more I started to cry...and no one at the table noticed...no one. My friends at other tables noticed and came over but she didn't even notice...my best friend of 10 years. That's what killed me. So I brought it up and she totally avoided so that night I texted her and she said: Its not my fault that you don't have any friends. Its not my fault you don't fit in. And she also said everything that's important to me is stupid. Which broke me apart just writing this I'm bawling. NASCAR on ESPN/ABC. Do you love it or hate it?

I believe that NASCAR on ESPN/ABC has some of the worst broadcasting coverage ever. Too much dumbed down terms, the announcers have no idea how to call a race (though Marty Reid has improved a little), the pit reporters always mess up, and the statistical and technical overuse is unbearable. We all know how an engine blows up. Also, way too many commercials and I hate the bulky graphics. Remember, ESPN/ABC hasn't always been this bad at NASCAR coverage. Back in the 80s and 90s, guys like Bob Jenkins, Benny Parsons, Ned Jarrett, and Dr. Jerry Punch in the pits were the top notch team and set the pace for other networks. Even back in the 90s when ESPN covered ARCA, NASCAR Goody's Dash Series, and NASCAR All Pro Series, the coverage was so professional, even for much lower tier series. My question is, do you love or hate the coverage? What would you do to make it better? Any broadcast schedules? or just somethings that I just missed. Thanks!

I have a friend in Sacromento. I very much liked her city. I drove through Fresno - and the part I drove through wasn't very nice. Never been to Stockton. But Sacromento is a really nice place. They have a nice historical district, museums, etc. Only a couple hours from San Francisco. In the opposite direction, a couple of hours to the mountains and National Parks. Weather isn't bad. They don't get snow (bonus), but a short drive east there is enough to ski in.

Long story short; My boyfriend returned from Afghanastan back in Feb. We decided to take a break (which I never ever dreamed of that ever happening...) Since last summer I have been having dreams that my mom's boyfriend d me. They seem really real and I'm scared. I have been looking up information and I don't know. Okay so i was having a bath with the front door unlocked (brother is out late tonight) and it was about 2:25 am. I have been hearing creaks and such all night but didn't care. So i was bathing and all of a sudden i hear a noise. It sounded like someone repeating a moan kind of sounds like "OWEA." i was shocked at first, then i thought oh its my brother playing a joke, then remembered that he wouldn't want to wake anyone. So i called out my siblings name. The "OWEA" stopped. I sat silent for about 15 minutes kind of worried. I started to not care, then i start hearing what seemed like foot steps and they were getting close to the door. So then i freaked out, and started calling for my sleeping father. He woke up and said nobody is there. Only other incident was about a year ago, nobody was home but my parents. They were both upstairs going to bed. I then heard a scraping on my wall/door. I called out every ones name and no answer. I worked up the courage to open the door. Nobody.. Whats wrong with me!? Im freaking 16 years old and still get scared!

What does your guy's face look like during and what kind of sounds does he make?

Installing a basement bathroom...?

I am considering finishing some space in my walk-out basement and would like to add a small bathroom (sink and toilette). Trouble is, the main septic line runs out through the basement about 4 feet above the floor. Is it possible to get some kind of pump or special toilette that can send the waste uphill into the main line? And if so, can this be done without having to rip up the concrete in the basement to install it? Help! Toe infection---- NOT Fungal!?

I had an ingrown toenail but I cut it out. But I have an infection where the nail cut into. Its not a fungal infection because its not on the nail its in the corner and is only sore on the skin. Hi! I recently got the new titleist 910 d2 driver for Christmas. The first swing that I took with the club I bombed it about 275. However, I have failed to hit a good drive with the club after that swing. I consistently hit the ball on the top of the driver about 2 inches from the hosel to the point where there is an almost perfectly circular mark from the repeated impact with the ball. This results in either a severe hook a a mild slice, and the ball only travels about 200-210 (With my old driver, I drove it 255-265). Whatever I try, I can't seem to fix this problem. The last time i even set foot in a pool was almost a year ago, the last day of my last course (which i failed). Honesly, i'm not the greatest swimmer, i never really spent alot of time at the pool actually doing strokes and stuff. my mom just wants me to finish it because it looks good on a resume and you can get paid $20 an hour. while it does seem great to have that kind of money and something like that on a resume, i dont think im cut out. i struggle when im doing the courses and all it's doing is hacking away at my confidence and self esteem and even if i do p, getting the actual job would be extremely difficult with all the competition out there. i don't think i could be someone who saves someones life, i would be the guy who freezes up and then goes into insanity because the person died. please help, she won't llisten, all she says is "it looks great on a resume it's $20 dollars an hour and i'm willing to pay for it"

You didn't say where it was, but it looks like it's on your upper arm. You should go to a good tattoo artist and ask for some options for a coverup. Since it looks like you like flowers, you could have a colorful 1/2 sleeve of roses or other bright colorful flowers winding up your arm. Although lasers can lighten and in rare cases completely remove a tattoo, likely what will happen is after 18 months and a few thousand dollars you'll have a splotchy faded ring which you'll hate even more. At least with a coverup you get one more chance to select a design you'll be happy to show as your child grows.

I recently had a job that said I would be charged 87 dollars (for a drug screening and background check) if voluntary termination occurred. However, since I found another job and I found out that this was an extremely shady company to work for, I decided to stop coming in (in hopes of getting involuntary terminated or "fired"). I received a phone call from the company and did not answer it and recently found that I had been "terminated" via my online company profile. So, since I did not say "I quit," can this company charge me the money for the tests (was I voluntarily terminated?) My best guess is yes. I have a gene mutation that makes me at a higher risk for blood clots, so I had to go to a specialist for OB care. When I got to 32 weeks or so, I had to go in twice a week and had an ultrasound at at least one of those appointments a week; for Biophysical testing. Not saying this is where you are headed, but it could be a possibility. Good luck and I really hope you don't develop preeclampsia again!

The UK pronunciation is "coo-pon", so I guess American TV uses our method of saying the word. I can't say I've ever heard anyone say "Q-pon" in either the UK or the USA, so possibly it is a regional thing. As long as people understand what's meant, though, I don't think the pronunciation really matters.

Okay so here's what's up: when I was 10 years old, I weighed about 189 lbs, 5'7", and ate McDonald's twice a week. I was extremely fat so I just started doing exercise more frequently and I stopped eating for days sometimes. 4 years later now, I weigh 231 lbs, 5'10", eat healthy everyday, and occasionally reward myself every now and then (get what I mean). Now I know I'm overweight, but I don't look like it and I noticed that when I starved myself I lost fat, but mostly muscle. Ironically, I can bench press 105 lbs but I can't lift 30 lbs on an individual arm. I'm doing my best NOT to use supplements since they're hazardous, but is there a specific routine for me to lose some extra fat while gaining muscle? I have a barely visible 4-pack and I want to lower my abdominal fat. Yes I care about my body, not to only look good but to feel good as well. Any suggestions are welcomed. Thank you.

How come some religions need proof of everything by science and logic and do not have faith?

I am not saying that some people are better than others, and some will think I am, but I am simply asking a question, and please don't patronize me on what I personally believe. How come people like atheist or another religion need scientific proof for everything. As we all know, math, science, or logic CANNOT explain everything, phenomons, miracles, the totally unexplainable. She may have a smallish estate, we pretty much umed this firm will bill the estate away (my sis was bipolar and an alcoholic and we feel like these same lawyers took advantage of her weak mind courting her and taking large legal retainers when they couldn't save her from the legal messes her bad decisions put herself in), but a lawyer and another from the office came to the burial. They grimly introduced themselves and stood back giving me the opinion they were overseeing and judging us. Their appearance could have conceivably been out of respect, but it didn't look at all friendly. None of us are after what little money there is left, as she has a teen son that it will go to (whatever is left, can't imagine there is much as her mental disorder created irrational spending and she hasn't been able to work in YEARS ). Do you think its possible that they were intentionally trying to be intimidating to dissuade any attempted claims to her estate? (not that there would be any) The one that wasn't a lawyer was nasty to my sis-in-law when we notified them of the death saying "you ARE going to give her a decent funeral aren't you?" My sis may have told them some untruths in regards to many things but their entire response has seemed greatly inappropriate. Anyone have similar experiences with lawyers? I'm just trying to sort out whether their appearance and seemingly distasteful attitude is a personal thing, or some sort of legal maneuvering.

HELP! Are 5 A-Levels too much? Or not?

Although some people do take 5 a levels, all of yours are very traditional rigorous studies. Although these are all excellent ones for getting you into uni, this also means that they are very hard and there is a lot of work involved. It might be different if you were taking say business studies, something easier like that, but i do think with your options it would be a lot of hard work. You won't have any free periods and your school work will basically take over your life, having said that you seem to really enjoy the subjects, so if you really believe you can and really want to, i'd say go for it for now and then see how things go to begin with, as you can always swap a levels within the first couple of weeks. If you still choose to carry on after that, you can always drop one or two along the way, but i do think you are told to take four a levels for a reason. Just my opinion though, do whatever makes you happy :) xxxxxxxx

Should a man give up his life long dream of having a child if the woman he loves finds out she can't have one?

My lady and her 3 year old daughter moved in with me and my two kids now for apporox 2 and a half years, and we all live as a family. (Before she came I raised my two daughters alone as a single father, and proud of it. I enjoy my fatherhood, and want more). However, after years of trying, we have not been able to successfully conceive a child together. Yeah, we are seeking medical help, but its been slow. Why is it imortant? You see, after my break-up with my ex, i've always wanted to start again. To have a lady, for her to settle and share my home, to have kids, to have a family...you know, that perfect vision of kids, a home, a car and a dog...but it doesn't seem to be happening.Its been almost three years now, and I'm now facing up to the fact that for whatever reason we may not be able to have any (we've had the checks, and nothing seems to be wrong with either of us). And the difficulty is, should i bury my want and life-long dream to have a child (she isn't as keen as me, she says she's happy just being with me...but she would have one to make me happy), or should i force myself to just to be content that I have a happy relationship with her? ...and accept that that is my alloted part in life. Or then again should I say to myself, 'we only live once, i want want a child and so whatever means i'll get one'. I know the latter makes me sound really bad, but no matter how much i try to secreatly bury it under the carpet, the desire to start again (with children) is to strong. Quite righty, my lady fears at the end of the day I should be happy with her (with or without kids), ...which I am. She fears, if it is discovered that she can't have any more kids for whatever reason, (remembering she already has a 3 year old daughter from a past relationship), I'll eventually reject her, and either be with someone who can give me a baby, or I'll cheat (and get someone pregnant). All I say is, I don't know how I'll be in the future...in fact, no one can say that they'll be around tomorrow, never mind considering how I'll be with her in the future. But I do admit, I feel a right sod, but i can't help it...and yes, she did know this is what i wanted at the start of the relationship. Can I have some opinions please. I'll be most greatful.
