That military job is this?

So when I see movies like transformers, I see people in a dark room with a bunch of TV's and computers. They are the ones relaying comm traffic to all planes to get them to attack a target and using satellites to target an area (like using the top down satellite imagry to track a target. kind of like the beginning of eagle eye where they were going to kill the terrorist (the men in the command center in the pentegon) What job is that, I would like to know what the airforce and navy versions of that job are (the AFSC and Rating closest to it).
