What is your opinion on a Nurtural Bitless bride?

Im getting one for christmas, for my crazy little barrel pony who has too low a pallet for most bits, tosses her head, rears, etc. with a bit in. I can ride her better anywhere any time, with just a rope around her neck, but when the bit goes in she wants to just GO. So, what it your opinion on a Nurtural bitless bridle, and have you had any positive/negative experiences with one? Also, does the rubber noseband rip hair off? And is there a specific way to start a horse on one, or should I just get on and ride? Thanks (:
