Will churchgoers receive the power of God, if they don't obey these verses'1cor.14:34-35'?

Anyone who has become a Christian already has the power of God. The Bible is a revelation of God to man, not a rule book. You can't seem to get that. That's a shame. Christ died to free us, not to bind us.
