Minimum healing requirements in WoW?

ok i have a lvl 70 holy priest, and im just curious. what do u think would the minimum requirements for a healer to be able to do gruuls/mags/za? plz list +healing, mana,mana regen, etc. my guild has run kara 100000 times and we think we are ready to move on to 25 mans and za
