How to un protect an Excel workbook created prior to Excel 2007?

I had a workbook that was pword protected in Excel 03 now I have Excel 07 and can't find a way to remove the pword. It still asks me for the pword when entering the workbook. In 03 I would just go to Option- Security and then delete the pword to un protect it. Any suggestions out there? I've been to many formuz but, no answers yet :(
