Which college QB is better, Boise State's Kellen Moore or TCU's Andy Dalton?

I've noticed these two QBs are very good despite playing for non-BCS schools, I know it may not mean much, but sometimes QBs at bigger schools get more recognition and praise than QBs who do not. Also, if both players get drafted, will they be high picks and who will have the more successful career?
