Installing a basement bathroom...?

I am considering finishing some space in my walk-out basement and would like to add a small bathroom (sink and toilette). Trouble is, the main septic line runs out through the basement about 4 feet above the floor. Is it possible to get some kind of pump or special toilette that can send the waste uphill into the main line? And if so, can this be done without having to rip up the concrete in the basement to install it? We'll get a professional to install it all, I was just wondering if it's possible and if it would add hundreds of dollars to the bill or thousands. Any advice appreciated!
