C:\RECYCLER haw can i get into it?

DONT TOUCH IT!!! That is a clic virus folder, you need to format your whole PC and get new anti virus software. DO NOT CONNECT THAT COMPUTER TO ANY OTHER PC OR DEVICE (USB, PHONE, ETC)
