I hate my tattoo!!! whats ur opnion?

You didn't say where it was, but it looks like it's on your upper arm. You should go to a good tattoo artist and ask for some options for a coverup. Since it looks like you like flowers, you could have a colorful 1/2 sleeve of roses or other bright colorful flowers winding up your arm. Although lasers can lighten and in rare cases completely remove a tattoo, likely what will happen is after 18 months and a few thousand dollars you'll have a splotchy faded ring which you'll hate even more. At least with a coverup you get one more chance to select a design you'll be happy to show as your child grows.
