What do you think is the best fertility supplement?

My husband and I have been ttc for close to 4 years now. I just recently had surgery 2 days ago and the my doctor said these next 3-4 months are critical with becoming pregnant before the endometriosis starts to grow back. I also have PCOS and she ovarian drilling to help me ovulate. I am on 1500 mgs of metformin along with something for my thyroid. Has anyone had better luck over one supplement than another. And OPKs and pregnancies most people told me to just go to the earlypregnancy store. Thank you for any help you can provide.
