Why do I keep hitting the ball on the top of my clubface?!?!?

Hi! I recently got the new titleist 910 d2 driver for Christmas. The first swing that I took with the club I bombed it about 275. However, I have failed to hit a good drive with the club after that swing. I consistently hit the ball on the top of the driver about 2 inches from the hosel to the point where there is an almost perfectly circular mark from the repeated impact with the ball. This results in either a severe hook a a mild slice, and the ball only travels about 200-210 (With my old driver, I drove it 255-265). Whatever I try, I can't seem to fix this problem. Any suggestions? Thanks for whatever advice you can give!
